They are sampled in two halves. One half is taken straight off the top of the confidence ranking: an animal that keeps using the same trail scores high, so that is where a real one shows up. The other half is spread evenly across the different files in the group and across the run, because a rock's appearances differ only by the camera shifting or the light changing.
Show all displays every member of every group instead of a sample — the same as pressing “Show all” on each group in turn.
Toggle while reviewing with f.
Turn this on to decode the frame the detection actually came from. That is the one to look at when deciding whether a box is a rock or an animal, at the cost of decoding into the clip.
Still images are unaffected.

By default, levels are counted up from the image; Settings can count down from the top folder instead.
Neither handles a .json that varies at both ends. If the folder above the camera and the folder below it both differ between files, no single level is right for all of them, and the fix is to make the folders consistent. Check the camera list under “show all” before you start.
